Clemens Center presents
DAVID PARSONS DANCE – Sensory-Friendly Performance
The purpose of the Clemens Center is to enhance the quality of life for all the region’s residents by providing a diversity of excellent performing arts programming. As part of that mission, we are pleased to present a FREE sensory-friendly matinee by David Parsons Dance Company on Friday, October 27 at 10am for children and adults with autism spectrum disorders or any sensory or social cognitive disorders.
Adjustments to the production include:
- house lights dimmed (but not off)
- lowered sound volume
- explanation of what will be seen and heard
- quiet areas in the venue
- audience encouraged to talk and react
- ability to leave your seats
This FREE program made possible by the John G. Ullman & Associates Foundation, Inc.
