Chemung Valley History Museum: A Victorian’s Secret In-Person Lecture

Hoopskirts, corsets, and bustles, oh my! Learn all about what Victorian women wore under their gowns at this in-person presentation. Curator Erin Doane will tell how ladies’ undergarments changed over time, show examples of historic garments, and demonstrate how much effort went into getting dressed for the day.
