The 5K for VVA will raise money the local Vietnam Veterans Association Chapter 803. The event will include a race and a block party with yard games, food, and fun! All ages welcome.

The Vietnam Veterans Association works hard to ensure the Veterans of our country are recognized, celebrated, and memorialized. In July of 2022, Chapter 803 will be bringing The Moving Wall, a half-scale replica of the Vietnam memorial in Washington D.C., to Eldridge Park in Elmira. The Moving Wall will bring history and community together to celebrate those who have given their lives. The 5K for VVA will help us to raise money for the organization and keep their history alive in the local communities.
